2022 Lincoln Aviator Performance

The Lincoln Aviator offers two impressive engine options. The standard engine in the Lincoln Aviator is a Twin-Turbocharged 3.0L V6 engine that puts out 400 horsepower and 415 lb-ft of torque.

If you prefer a hybrid engine, the Lincoln Aviator offers a second engine in its Grand Touring trim-a Twin-Turbocharged 3.0L V6 with a Nano Electric motor that provides a whopping 494 horsepower and 630 lb-ft of torque.

Both engines work with a standard 10-speed SelectShift® automatic transmission with paddle activation.

The Lincoln Aviator allows you to customize your drives, with the standard Lincoln Drive modes. Select a drive mode by turning the knob on the center console.

Available modes include:

• Normal
• Conserve
• Excite
• Slippery
• Deep Conditions

You also have the option of choosing between standard rear-wheel drive and available all-wheel drive, which is an excellent option when you find yourself needing more traction.

Want an even smoother ride? The available Air Glide Suspension replaces hard coil springs with air bladders, which inflate and deflate to soften your ride.

Lincoln Aviator Interior Tech and Comfort

The Lincoln Aviator is crafted for comfort and luxury. The Lincoln Aviator seats seven and is equipped with Lincoln Soft Touch Seats. If you prefer leather, you can opt for a higher trim level and enjoy premium leather seating surfaces. At higher levels, you will also appreciate comfort front seats, with power adjustability and driver-side memory.

For true comfort, you can opt for the Perfect Position front seats with Active Motion®. You can get them heated and ventilated, while you enjoy the thigh extenders and 30-way adjustability.

On top of this, the Lincoln Aviator has plenty of technology, including an infotainment system powered by SYNC® 3. With this infotainment system, you'll get:

Safety and Driver-Assist Features

The Lincoln Aviator has your back in terms of safety. The SUV has a suite of driver-assist and safety features called Lincoln Co-Pilot360™ 1.5. Some of the features included in this suite are:

• Blind Spot Information System with Cross-Traffic Alert-When you're changing lanes on the highway, this system lets you know if there is anyone in your blind spots. You can also use this feature when pulling out of a driveway or a parking spot-the system will let you know if there is traffic to your left or right.
• Auto High-Beam Headlamps-This feature senses when it is dark enough for high-beam headlamps and turns them on. It automatically turns them off when there is oncoming traffic and then back on when the traffic has passed.
• Rear View Camera with Washer-You can see obstacles behind you with this feature. You can use this to parallel park, pull out of parking spaces, and more.
